This page explains how and when your MarsTailor order is produced and shipped. Because our umbrellas are custom made, please review the processing times below before ordering.

Order processing time

Custom umbrellas are made to order based on your design. Most orders are produced and dispatched within 3–5 business days. Large or bulk orders may take longer; we will confirm a timeline by email after your order is placed.

Shipping & delivery times

Estimated delivery times and available shipping methods are shown at checkout based on your destination. Delivery time is in addition to the processing time above. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart. Any applicable duties or import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
