At MarsTailor, every umbrella is custom made to your design, so our return policy is built specifically for personalized products. Please read the sections below before placing an order.

Custom & personalized items

Because custom umbrellas are produced uniquely for you based on the artwork and text you submit, they cannot be returned or refunded for buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong option, or for design or spelling errors contained in the artwork you approved. Please double-check your design, colors, and spelling before confirming your order.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

We stand behind our manufacturing quality. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the design you approved, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

Non-personalized catalog items

Standard, non-personalized products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Return shipping for non-defective returns is the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
