Can I review the design before production?

The customizer saves a digital preview, artwork, and production notes with the order. Ask us to confirm physical sample availability before placing a large order.

Can a personalized umbrella be returned?

Custom orders are generally not returnable for change of mind, an incorrectly selected option, an approved design, or a spelling mistake. If the item is damaged, defective, or different from the approved design, contact us within 14 days with the order number and photos so we can review a replacement or refund.
